Any one can say anything they want about anyone else and, it’s always easier after they have passed away. Nothing anyone says about this man can change the fact that he was my friend and a good man. I miss him now and I will always miss his goofy sense of humor and the caring that he expressed for others in his daily life.
Thank you Honolulu Knight for taking the time to share your experience. I saw many sides of “Daniel” and I whole heartedly agree that he was an amazing friend with a remarkable sense of life/depth/humor/intuition and capacity to truly extract and reflect back from even small moments a remarkable kaleidoscope of what living can be. He once took me to see Life is Beautiful http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118799/ ; when all was well , I felt that when I was with him, life truly was beautiful.
Sadly so many things interrupted his enchanting gifts. I don’t understand why it was so and why he made certain _very destructive_ hurtful choices but until the end I did sincerely hope that he would live only his best life and reject fully his intermittent horrifying actions to women and children that flew in the face of such great gifts.

I’ve written about this elsewhere, but thought maybe here is a good place to repeat it.
No one human being can be everything to another human being. I’m not sure that any person can be truly known by another person. We only get to have a slice of this experience with one person and another slice with another. No one person experiences another person exactly the same way as anyone else might.
With that said, when dealing with larger than life types (an experience I have had the pleasure of) the best thing to do imo is to retain and cherish the big good they brought us, while recognizing and acknowledging the harm caused too. No one is perfect.
From all accounts George Patrick Dubie was larger than large.
A book I’ve read a long time ago comes to mind the shadow of the light chasers. In the new age phenomena of modern times, there are many many light chasers on the planet. The ideal is good and virtuous, but sometimes the brighter we burn, the bigger and darker a shadow we cast. I really think George Patrick Dubie is an excellent example of that.
I hope all of you are able to retain and cherish the happy and loving memories you have, especially those of you who are interested in healing from your experiences as one of Dubie’s Angels.

all of you keep talking about this moron and think he was like some kind of god. he was what it seemed, a complete liar, cheat, con, and did not give a damn for anybody but himself with his own selfish greed., showing people a phony cat scans etc. of his so called sickness. i was at the wedding of him and geri, and said from the monement i met this jerkoff, that he was a fraud and liar. all the bullshit stories about him being a producer, saving children from land mines etc. a complete jerkoff. had somebody killed him earlier, it would have been no loss to man kind and would be doing his children a favor.

Thank you for the reality check. I cannot disagree with anything you have written. You could add other crimes to the list including rape. Too bad you could not have protected Geri from this treachery. I am amazed that you say you knew he was a fraud and liar from the moment you met him. It took me 4 months to bust him on enough lies to confront him with proof that his life was a pyramid scheme of lies. The pinnacle was the discovery that he had copied the CAT scan after I found the original web site he had copied the image from. It took searching over 300 sites to find that site. I think I was the first to discover this fraud. Seeing that he would do that and scare me with impending death, clarified in my mind his sadistic narcissistic controling approach to women. No amount of my speaking out worked. He isolated me ridiculed me and Geri poor soul bought into his treachery even more deeply. So you are wise indeed if you could know his character from the first moment.

We are almost 4 yrs out from this murder. The curious whip saw effect that this man’s masterful manipulation accomplished in the psyches of his victims is perhaps the most troubling of all. Intelligence, international business skills etc did not shield Geri or others from his con. I saw the game and tried all I could to expose the FACTS of his frauds but I could not escape my own emotional response and attachment – the dreaded feminine rescue reflex. He choose victims with cunning accuracy. My own response still veers from factual outrage to deep seated authentic grief. I think many women understand that dreadful dichotomy defining a toxic relationship. Many men, perhaps Larry see this bizarre pendulum swing as inconsitent, illogical or sick. The sad truth is that I do grieve the loss of a gifted &remarkable person AND I unflinchingly have FOUGHT for truth and justice throughtout this whole ordeal. Some folks will get that and some will not.
i hate the fact that people go on and on talking respectfully about this evil man.Daniel is being put to death by his own evil,demonic life-style. Gina on the other hand has beed put in her place of judgement also by her own actions. She is a greedy bitch and i rods in jail. She is a master mind of evil,demonism.She is so full of greed.She kept making children not to mention she was just going to rip their hearts out by shooting their father.She had the whole time in the world to walk away from all of this evil life-style,no she’d rather kill with a gun. And for the woman who actually got married to Daniel and now trying to get divorced what not…i thought you were known as rich,well to do and “smart”… that is really a shame because i am not all that.hey i’m just an ordinary person here, but i tell you i could tell what kind of a monster both Daniel & Gina were just from the first day i met them. Their lies and in fact they still owe me from the time i worked for them,not to mention all the other innocent people.You wanna know the truth Daniel does not only have 17 children. He has more that he neglected,did not care about while he was carrying on his so-called rich life. So now where did all that put him and Gina today…not to mention all the children…i will tell you something out all his children there is only one good child he has that never shared this corrupt life with him and his family,that is to set the records straight.
